Your figures, the assumptions and the sources
The tools do not ask for your name, email address or phone number before showing an estimate. The site uses analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful. The privacy policy explains what is collected, how form entries are protected and where the information is processed.
Each tool explains its assumptions and, where a rule or public figure is used, links to the source on the tool itself. Dates and public rules can change. Check the source note before relying on a figure, especially when your contract date or state rules matter.
