The strategy session is free and there's no obligation to apply. Any lender option still depends on a full assessment, current policy and your circumstances.
How I get paid
For most standard residential home loans I don't charge you a broker fee. I'm paid by the lender if a loan settles.
If a separate fee applies to a specialist or unusual scenario, I'll explain it in writing before you proceed. Normal lender, government, legal and third-party costs still apply. Read the full explanation.
