I'm Jai Raynor, founder of Raynor Lending Solutions. My journey in finance began over a decade ago within the banking system, where I witnessed firsthand how customer loyalty was often rewarded with higher rates, while the best deals went to new customers.

This practice didn't align with my personal values. I believe Australians deserve transparency and advocacy when making what is often their biggest financial commitment.
